1. Asset Certification
Independent Third-Party Valuation
A qualified independent professional certifies the value of your in-ground mineral or standing timber asset using internationally recognised standards — NI 43-101 for mineral deposits, or a certified LiDAR-backed survey for forests and timber. The result is a defensible, auditable certified asset value that forms the foundation of the entire process.
2. Tokenization
Blockchain-Backed Digital Instrument
The certified value is applied at a conservative 70% discount to establish a tokenizable base value — creating a transparent, immutable digital token on the blockchain. This token serves as the financial instrument underpinning all capital flows and is publicly auditable at all times, providing institutional-grade transparency to all parties.
3. Capital Distribution
Choose Your Partnership Structure
CSG offers two capital distribution models, giving asset owners the flexibility to choose the structure that best suits their goals. Both options deliver immediate capital, require zero extraction, and preserve full asset ownership throughout the 120-month pledge period.
OPTION A — 80/20 JV: Asset Owner Certifies The asset owner arranges and funds the certification — a geologist’s NI 43-101 report for in-ground minerals, a forestry survey for timber, or an SKR/appraisal for hard assets. The investor covers all remaining costs.
OPTION B — 70/30 JV: CSG Covers All Costs Corebridge Sovereign Group arranges and fully funds the asset certification process on behalf of the asset owner. There is zero cost to the asset holder at any stage — from initial survey through to capital distribution.
4. Ongoing Ownership
Your Asset. Your Terms. Always.
The asset is pledged — not sold — for a 120-month period, renewed every 24 months on your terms. Full private ownership is retained throughout. No extraction is required, no environmental permits are triggered, and no long-term dependency on any external party is created. You remain in complete control of your asset at every stage.
5. Profit Distribution
How Profits Can Be Taken
Corebridge Sovereign Group is committed to ensuring that capital generated through asset tokenization creates lasting, meaningful impact — not just personal wealth. All gains obtained from the asset are therefore subject to the following reinvestment requirement.
GAIN DISTRIBUTION FRAMEWORK
70% — Must Be Reinvested Seventy percent of all gains must be directed toward asset-based job creation projects or humanitarian initiatives — ensuring the capital works to build communities, create employment, and generate long-term economic benefit in the regions where the assets are held.
30% — Personal Withdrawal Thirty percent of all gains may be taken personally by the asset owner — providing direct financial reward while ensuring the majority of capital continues to generate positive, sustainable impact beyond the individual transaction.
